Safety Zone Security is hiring officers across California. All positions require a current California BSIS guard card.
Security Officer — Level 1
Entry-level uniformed post assignment. Level 1 officers staff access control, lobby, and patrol posts under the direction of a site supervisor.
Security Officer — Level 2
Experienced officer assignment covering higher-complexity posts — visitor management systems, multi-tenant access control, and sites requiring independent judgment.
Security Officer — Level 3
Senior officer assignment with lead responsibility on site — shift coordination, training newer officers, and first-line escalation before the area supervisor.
Area Supervisor
Multi-site oversight role covering officer scheduling, post inspection, client liaison, and escalation across an assigned territory.
Solutions Specialist
Client-facing role scoping security requirements, building post orders, and coordinating deployment for new accounts.
Human Resources
HR roles supporting officer onboarding, licensing compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
